- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 hamburger buns
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and green bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
