- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g chocolate chips
- 50 g butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, mix the quark, sugar, and egg until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the quark mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Fold in the melted butter and chocolate chips.
- Form the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a pinch of salt to the dough.
- These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
