- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 200 grams raclette cheese
- 100 grams sliced ham
- 100 grams baby potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Spread the cooked potatoes, ham, and sautéed onion mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Slice the raclette cheese and layer it over the toppings.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
- This recipe can be customized with additional toppings like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- For a crispy crust, pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
