- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 200 grams ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
- 100 grams bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon nori, shredded
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
- Whisk in the miso paste until dissolved.
- Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Once done, divide the noodles into bowls.
- Top with broth, green onions, soft-boiled egg, bean sprouts, nori, and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot.

- For vegetarian options, use vegetable broth and omit the egg.
