- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Mix in cheese, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a portion of the beef mixture onto each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the chimichangas until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
