- 250 grams mushrooms, chopped
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 100 grams cheese, grated
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms until soft.
- In a bowl, mix together the sautéed mushrooms, bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Form the mixture into cups and place in a greased muffin tin.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve hot as an appetizer or side dish.
Notes
- These can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
