- 500 grams ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large tomato, diced
- 100 grams cucumber, diced
- 100 grams yogurt
- 1 lemon, juiced
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add the ground beef, cooking until browned. Stir in the paprika, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and salt.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add the diced tomato and cucumber, stirring gently.
- Remove from heat and stir in the yogurt and lemon juice before serving.
Notes
- Serve with fresh pita bread for a complete meal.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
