- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 large tortillas
- 200 g shredded cheese
- 100 g lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 100 g sour cream
- In a pan, cook the ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
- Add spices and mix well.
- Warm the tortillas in a separate pan.
- Place meat mixture on each tortilla.
- Add cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Wrap the tortilla around the filling.
- Serve hot.
