- 500 grams beef, cubed
- 250 grams pork, cubed
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 liter beef broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the beef and pork, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Stir in the carrots and potatoes.
- Add the beef broth, paprika, thyme, bay leaves, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 2 hours.
- Remove bay leaves before serving.

- Serve with crusty bread for a complete meal.
